Since packaging plays a significant role in spare part sales for IKCO products, ISACO has always tried to offer its products to the end-users properly, using the latest techniques. Each part has unique packaging according to its properties, including dimensions, weight, fragility, etc. The packages are revised periodically to ensure reduced waste, increased safety, and proper parts storage in line with customers' needs and environmental considerations.

Parts distributed throughout the ISACO network with the company logo and a tracking number are genuine and standard. To support and promote this, and for increased transparency and easy identification of parts' authenticity, ISACO helps consumers buy original parts using the "Buy Genuine" system.

The "Buy Genuine" system is connected and synced with the Integrated Trade System (ITS) affiliated with the Ministry of Industry, Mines, and Trade. The system also sends consumers the tracking number registered in ITS. Additionally, the ISACO app is a useful tool for customers to distinguish between genuine and fake items by scanning the part's barcode. The app includes various practical features too.
